Do you work only in Bamako?+
Our base is Bamako, but we deliver projects across Mali and, on request, elsewhere in the sub-region for private clients.
Do you work on existing buildings?+
Yes. A large share of our work is refurbishment: surveying the installation, making it safe, then progressively adding a KNX bus, solar generation or electronic security.
Do you offer a maintenance contract?+
Every handover can be accompanied by a preventive and corrective maintenance contract, with remote supervision and a committed response time.
Does the system stay open?+
We favour open standards — KNX, DALI-2, Modbus — and always hand over the programming backups, so that you are never captive to one supplier.
